UKBA SPONSORSHIP LICENCE
Commonwealth Law College’s Tier 4 Sponsorship Licence has been
put on hold by the UK Border Agency. Many other colleges (50 or more colleges) have also had their licence suspended this week.
However, the College is continuing its normal activities in
accordance with guidance given by UKBA. We will carry on with
all our obligations as a Sponsor.
There will be no interruptions to lectures.
We are awaiting further clarification from UKBA. As soon as we
have determined the reason our licence has been put on hold, we
will address the situation as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, please note:-
- Students who are enrolled with us at the moment will continue
with their studies as normal.
- Students NOT attending Lectures in accordance with their
timetable will be reported to UKBA in accordance with our
Punctuality, Attendance & Learning Policy.
- The College will fulfil its obligations to those Students who
have been granted Visas and are on their way to study.
- Until clear guidance from UKBA is given, we will not issue any
further Visa letters.
- We will update this Website as soon as there are further
substantive developments.
