Upon receipt of the full tuition fee or the first instalment of the fee, the College will issue a Letter of Enrollment (LOE) within ten working days of receiving the payment to overseas students stating that a place has been reserved on the course. Students already in the UK are issued an LOE only after the payment of their full tuition fee.

The Letter of Enrolment may be used by overseas students to obtain a student visa.

Overseas students who require a student visa must be able to prove to the British Embassy or High Commission that they have funds available to pay and/or have paid the college fees in pounds sterling during their stay in the UK.
