Introduction: There are limited opportunities to study accountancy available locally, and the vocational emphasis of this course and contemporary content make it very attractive to employers.
Qualification you will achieve: CAT Diploma Awarded By: The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Mode of study: Full Time
Duration: One and a half years Entrance Requirements:
All applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
1. Minimum age should be 16 years
2. No formal qualifications required

Level - A
Paper 1- Recording Financial Transactions
Paper 2- Information for Management Control
Level - B
Paper 3- Maintaining Financial Records
Paper 4- Accounting for Costs
Level - C
Paper 5- Managing People and Systems
Paper 6- Drafting Financial Statements
Paper 7- Planning, Control and Performance Management
Plus two options from:
Paper 8- Implementing Audit Procedures
Paper 9- Preaparing Taxation
Paper 10- Managing Finances
Examinations are held twice a year, June & December
Teaching Methods: A mixture of lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops are used. There are group based assessment activities as well as more traditional reports, essays and examinations. Guest speakers and educational visits will add variety and interest to the course.
Please Note That:
1. You are required to register at least in three subjects.
2. 50% of the Tuition Fees will be charged for failed, deferred or non-attempted Subjects/term.
3. The College reserves the right to change the tuition fees at any time.
4. Fees do not include any of the ACCA Fees
